Version v1 · Last updated 10 September 2026
Who you are contracting with
Mt7 Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India under CIN U68200UP2025PTC233604, GSTIN 09AATCM9258Q1Z2, registered at Adnan Complex, Nazirpura, Basheerganj, Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh 271801, India. In these terms “we” means Mt7, “you” means the person or company paying for a subscription, and “the Service” means whichever Mt7 product you have subscribed to.
Which terms apply to you
This page governs subscriptions only. If you have hired us to build something — a quotation, milestones, an invoice on delivery — that is a different arrangement and our terms of service govern it instead. Plans, prices and terms can differ from one customer to the next. Where a signed agreement or order between us says something different from this page, the signed agreement wins.
Mt7 bills for more than one product, and each publishes its own terms. This page is the baseline they all sit on: read it with the terms of the specific product you are subscribing to, which are listed at the foot of this page. Where a product's own terms cover something, those govern it.
What the Service is
A subscription gives you access to software we operate, for as long as the subscription is live. Some of what our products do is built on artificial-intelligence models provided by third parties: we call their systems, we do not resell their accounts, and you do not need one of your own.
What each plan includes is described on the page where you subscribe. That description is the scope. We may add to it, and we may improve how something works — but if we remove a material capability you are paying for, the price-change clause below applies and you can leave before paying again.
Subscribing to one product does not give you the others. Each is billed separately and cancelled separately.
Your account
You need an account, the details you give us have to be accurate, and you are responsible for what happens under your login. One subscription is for one customer: you may not share credentials with people outside your organisation or resell access. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. The Service is not for children.
What you pay, and when
- The price is the one shown at checkout when you subscribe, in the currency shown there. We do not quote it on this page, because this page is not where prices are decided.
- It renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — until you cancel. That is the whole point of a subscription and we would rather say it here than surprise you with it.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to them, not to us; we never see or store a full card number.
- Tax is added where it applies. Indian customers are charged GST at 18%. Customers outside India are charged the amount shown, and any tax due in your own country is yours to account for.
If a renewal payment fails, we will try again and tell you. If it keeps failing we may suspend access until it clears — we will not quietly keep the account open and send you a bill for the months you could not use it.
Where your bank requires it — Indian cards, in particular, require you to authorise a recurring mandate and to be notified before each debit — that authorisation is set up at checkout and you can withdraw it with your bank or by cancelling here.
If the price changes
We may change what a plan costs. If the price of a plan you are on goes up, we will tell you at least 30 days before the renewal that would charge it. Cancel before that renewal and you never pay the new price. Stay, and the renewal is your acceptance of it.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel at any time, from your account's billing settings, and you do not have to ask us or explain why. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you are in. You keep access to everything you have paid for until that period ends, and the card is not charged again. After that date the subscription is closed, and you can resubscribe later at whatever the price is then.
If you cannot reach the setting, email founder@mt7.io from the address on the account and we will cancel it for you and confirm in writing.
Refund policy
We do not refund the unused part of a period you have already paid for and then decide to stop using. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not reverse the last one. Annual plans follow the same rule as monthly ones.
We do refund money we should not have taken, and we do it without requiring you to argue for it — a duplicate charge, a charge taken after you cancelled, a charge for more than your plan, a charge you did not authorise, a stretch of a paid period in which a fault at our end made the Service unusable, or an account we closed for a reason that was not your fault.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only, are released the day we agree them, and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, which applies whatever this page says.
The full policy, including how to ask for a refund and what we do not refund, is our cancellation and refund policy. It forms part of these terms.
The parts that depend on somebody else
This matters more here than in most contracts, so it gets its own section rather than a line in a disclaimer.
Features of the Service are built on models and APIs operated by other companies. Those companies deprecate models, change rate limits, alter pricing and rewrite their own terms on their own schedule, and none of that is within our control. So:
- We promise the Service will keep doing the job the plan describes. We do not promise it will keep doing it using any particular third-party model, and we may substitute one for another.
- We are not liable for an outage, a change or a withdrawal at a provider we depend on, beyond doing the obvious thing — routing around it or replacing it — with reasonable speed.
- Output produced by an AI model can be wrong, and sometimes confidently wrong. Check anything you are going to rely on. The Service is a tool, not an adviser, and it is not a substitute for a professional in medicine, law or finance.
What you may not do with it
Don't use the Service to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- generate material that sexualises children, incites violence, harasses a person, or is designed to defraud someone;
- resell, sublicense or white-label access, or run it as the engine behind a competing product;
- scrape, reverse-engineer or hammer the Service in ways that degrade it for other people, or work around usage limits;
- upload personal data you have no right to share, or anything you are contractually forbidden from putting into a third-party system.
The third-party providers behind the Service have their own acceptable-use rules, and their rules bind us. Breaking them through us is breaking these terms.
What you put in, and what comes out
What you submit stays yours. We use it to run the Service for you — which includes sending it to the model providers needed to answer it — and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use your content to train our own models.
As between you and us, output generated for you is yours to use. We cannot promise it is unique: the same question from someone else can produce similar text, and no model provider guarantees otherwise.
The Service itself — the software, the interface, the name — stays ours. A subscription is permission to use it, not a transfer of it.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service up and we fix what breaks. We do not publish an uptime guarantee, because an honest one would be a promise about our hosting provider and several model APIs at once, and we are not going to make a promise we cannot keep on somebody else's behalf.
Planned maintenance that will interrupt anything is announced in advance where we can. If the Service is unusable for a meaningful stretch of a period you paid for, tell us — the refund policy says what happens.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts the Service or its providers at risk, or whose payments have failed and stayed failed. Where the problem is fixable and not serious, we will tell you what is wrong and give you a chance to fix it first.
If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for. If we close it because you broke these terms, we do not.
Either way, tell us if you need your data out and we will give you a reasonable window to export it.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise the Service will be provided with reasonable skill and care, and that it does what the plan you bought says it does. If it does not, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
We do not promise a commercial outcome, that the Service will suit a purpose you have not told us about, or that it will be free of every defect. Nobody selling software honestly promises the last one.
Limits on liability
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a subscription is limited to what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business or lost data, however it arises.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your data
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms and names every provider that touches it — including Stripe, who processes the payment itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, including for customers outside India. Before either of us goes near a court, we agree to spend thirty days genuinely trying to resolve it between ourselves.
Each product has its own policy
Mt7 builds and bills for more than one product, and they are not one service with one rulebook. Each has its own pricing, its own limits and its own idea of what a fair refund looks like — so each publishes its own terms, and that document is the one that governs it.
Which document wins: a product's own policy governs that product. Where its policy is silent, this page fills the gap. This page never overrides something a product has published, because you would have been shown a document that did not bind us.
No product has published its own policy yet, so this page is currently what governs everything Mt7 bills for. As each one publishes, it will be listed here by name with a link — and from that point its own document governs it, with this page filling only what that document leaves unsaid.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The version and date at the top change when we do, and if a change materially affects what you are paying for we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that is acceptance; cancelling before the next renewal is the alternative, and it costs you nothing.
Anything unclear, ask before you subscribe: founder@mt7.io, or through support.
