Version v1 · Last updated 10 September 2026
The short version
- You can cancel at any time. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, and no one to talk out of it.
- Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not cut off access — you keep the Service until the end of the billing period you are in.
- We do not refund the part of a period you have already paid for and then decide not to use.
- We do refund money we should not have taken. The situations are listed below, and none of them require you to argue.
- Each Mt7 product publishes its own policy. This page is the baseline; where a product's own policy says something different, that one governs it. They are listed at the foot of this page.
How to cancel
From your account's billing settings, at any time. The subscription will show the date it ends, and it will not renew after that.
If you cannot reach the setting — or you would simply rather a person did it — email founder@mt7.io from the address on the account and we will cancel it for you and confirm in writing. We answer within one business day.
What cancelling does
It ends the automatic renewal. You keep everything you are paying for until the current billing period runs out, because you paid for that period and cutting it short would mean keeping money for days we did not deliver.
After that date the subscription is closed and the card is not charged again. You can resubscribe later at whatever the price is then.
When we refund
These are ours to fix, and we do it without an argument or a form:
- A duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same period.
- A charge after you cancelled — the cancellation did not take, and we billed you anyway.
- The wrong amount — you were charged more than the plan you are on.
- A charge you did not authorise — someone used your card without permission. Tell us and tell your bank.
- The Service was unusable for a meaningful stretch of a period you paid for, because of a fault at our end. We refund that stretch.
- We closed your account for a reason that was not your fault. We refund the unused part of the period.
When we do not refund
- You changed your mind partway through a period, or forgot the renewal was coming. Cancelling stops the next one; it does not reverse the last one.
- You did not use the subscription. Availability is what was sold, and it was available.
- An outage at a third-party provider we depend on, unless it made the Service unusable for a meaningful stretch — in which case the clause above applies instead.
- We closed your account because you broke the terms and conditions.
Annual plans follow the same rule as monthly ones: cancelling an annual plan stops the next year's charge and leaves the year you paid for running to its end. It is not refunded month by month.
How to ask for one
Email founder@mt7.io from the address on the account, or message +91 78000 07500 on WhatsApp. Tell us which charge and roughly what happened — the date and the amount are enough, you do not need the transaction ID.
We reply within one business day. If we agree we owe you money, we send it back the same day we agree it.
How long it takes to arrive
Refunds go back to the card or account the payment came from — we cannot send one anywhere else — and are processed by Stripe. Once released, banks typically take five to ten business days to show it. That last stretch is your issuer, not us, which is why it is a range rather than a promise.
Before you raise a chargeback
Please ask us first. Nearly every dispute we could receive is something on the list above that we would simply refund, and a chargeback takes weeks and freezes the question while it runs. One email is faster for both of us.
If you have asked and are not satisfied with the answer, say so and it goes to the founder directly. That is the end of the escalation path at a company this size — there is nobody behind the founder to hide behind.
Each product has its own policy
Mt7 builds and bills for more than one product, and they are not one service with one rulebook. Each has its own pricing, its own limits and its own idea of what a fair refund looks like — so each publishes its own cancellation and refund policy, and that document is the one that governs it.
Which document wins: a product's own policy governs that product. Where its policy is silent, this page fills the gap. This page never overrides something a product has published, because you would have been shown a document that did not bind us.
No product has published its own policy yet, so this page is currently what governs everything Mt7 bills for. As each one publishes, it will be listed here by name with a link — and from that point its own document governs it, with this page filling only what that document leaves unsaid.
Project work
This policy covers subscriptions. If you hired Mt7 Private Limited to build something, your own signed quotation or agreement decides whether and when anything is refundable — every client's deal is different. Where it says nothing, our terms of service apply: payments are not refundable once the work they pay for has begun, and money taken in error is always returned.
